Description

We can take a property and completely refurbish it, instal furniture and everything else required to make it tenant ready in 4-6 weeks (assuming no planning permissions are required). A renovated property that is well furnished will always command a higher rent in the short or longterm rental market – but will also result in a profitable uplift in your property’s value!
